Processing & Delivery Times
We attempt to process all orders the same business day, if made within 4 hours of post office closing times. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be delayed from time to time due to factors out of our control. Little Palms Co. orders are hand-picked and packed with care in Bangalow, NSW, Australia.
Shipping Within Australia
- Non-bulky items are shipped at a flat rate of $10, and typically arrive within 3 - 4 business days.
- Express shipping is a flat rate of $15, and typically arrives within 2-3 business days
- We will contact you to discuss the shipping costs of bulky item(s).
- Orders over $150 enjoy free shipping
Click & Collect
Orders can be collected from the store. Simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout, and we will prepare your order for collection within 24 hours. We will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is processed through the checkout, it is final, and no changes can be made. However, the product can be returned, subject to our return and refund policy.
Customs/ Import Duties and Taxes
If you are an international customer, customs and import duties relating to your country are not included in the price and are your responsibility to pay.
